The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this site, placing an order with us or submitting a purchase order to us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please check back periodically.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our book listings, suppliers, etc. we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. 

Order Acceptance  Terms of payment shall be determined in our discretion and as otherwise agreed to by us. Payment shall be made by credit card or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to the Online Store. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Shipping: We ship most packages through, USPS. This is the preferred shipper offer tracking of packages. Please remember that we cannot to a P.O. Box, we need a physical address. 

Shipping is added to your order after you fill in your address on shipping to the continental USA. 

Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped through USPS (Priority Mail). 

Same Day Shipping! Orders placed by 3pm EST are shipped the same day in most cases. If you need to confirm this feel free to email us and we will make sure your product is being shipped and give you a tracking number. 

Please remember that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, we need a physical address. 

International Shipments: We ship worldwide but some restrictions apply. We will be happy to give you a quote for shipping, just send us your shipping address and the product you wish to order and we will send you back a quote.

Customs: We mark all international packages with the contents and list the approximate replacement cost of the items on the customs documentation. All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country, and as we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges are applied in your locale. 

Return / Exchange Policy: Most of our products come with a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email ladyrenie@earthlink.net Customer Service between 9 and 5 p.m. EST and request help with your return. 

We will refund the original purchase price of the item. *Some Restrictions Apply

Terms and Conditions: International orders may be exchanged only when damaged. 

All items marked “clearance” are not refundable, all sales on these items are final. 

All items we sell come with our 30-day Guarantee Against Damage. If your product is damaged in any way send us an Email for a Return Authorization Number. Damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged product. 

How to Make a Return: if you would like to make a return you must first contact us ladyrenie@earthlink.net to obtain an RMA Number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number, shipments will be refused and return to you. 

If you are returning an item you must do the following in order to receive your refund:

· Sign the Letter of Damaged that will be sent with your RMA number request and return with your product.

· Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.

· Physical products that were shipped to you must be returned in new, resalable condition.

· You must include all packaging materials.

· Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

· All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.

· You must pay return shipping expense.

· Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

· Retuned products must be received within 7 days from the issuance of the RMA Number.

Note: Packing the product properly for undamaged return is your responsibility.

E-BOOK: Downloads are only refundable within up to 3 days of purchase, and will only be refunded if the original product was refunded. After 3 non-refundable, however, if there is a problem you will have 60 days to re-download your order. If after the 60 days you lose your download for whatever reasons, you will need to repurchase the product at the then current sale price. 

Please provide one of the following: Order ID or Invoice number, the customer’s full name.

A link will be provided via email to re-download the e-book.
